  • Investing $100M in the NRC IRAP AI Assist Program to aid SMEs in scaling and improving productivity with AI. 
  • Supporting workers affected by AI transitions with $50M for skills training and establishing the Canadian AI Safety Institute with another $50M for responsible AI development and deployment. 
  • Strengthening the Artificial Intelligence and Data Act enforcement with $5.1M for the Office of the AI and Data Commissioner.
